I want to dispute a charge and the customer service number is not answered you have to send a text and no one answers

Well, its a 1050 charge and a 50 Cent charge long as you guys declined it. I have no problem with it and Im happy thank you thank you for declining it.

Customer service
The worst possible customer service in the history of in credit card I have had. Cares nothing about their customers or answering their questions. No direct line to talk to an actual human, and when you contact them by text or email their responses are generic and pre written.

Not accepting my payments on time
I pay in advance or on time but x1 wont post until 3 weeks later, although the money has come out of my account and it show that I paid on the website. Then, x1 says I was late!
Ive never been late.
Ive lost some money because of this. This is a flaw within the system not me!

Question about limit
I have only questions. I want to talk with customer service to see how high can be my limit when I apply for x1 card?
Fraud disputes
I been trying to reach someone by fone and havent been to speak to someone. They x1 has a lot of fraudulent charges and would them removed and I want to be about to speak to some as possible about this issues Im not about to get anyone to respond to me I dont understand why the customer service line isnt working
