Dont buy an ebike from this company or its affiliates

Tuesday June 26th I bought an ebike from urbanscooters.com and recieved it about a week or two later. After opening and assembling the bike I tried to take it out for a test ride but the pedals sat down so theyre both facing down and you cant ride a bike like that so I took it to a local bike shop and they told me the bike came with a warped crank arm and a possibly stripped bottom bracket. After reaching out to the company they told me the part would be in warehouse in a week or 2, 3 weeks passed and I inquired and they told me the part hasnt come in and I would have to wait an additional 2 weeks, and they keep pushing it back and now I have had the bike for a little over 2 months and cant do anything but look at it. The company also deleted my account which was given to me by the sellers site and provided this funny link to create a account but I cant seem to create one because it says I have an account even though I tried 3 different emails. Now Im out a couple hundred bucks with a piece of crap I cant do anything with but put more money into WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Still awaiting the poor customer service. Now the excuse is the part is back ordered.

Ordered an electric bicycle for a holiday gift for my daughter 2017 There were missing parts, and little or no directions for assembly. I contacted the company during assembly but never returned my call. Later, I contacted the company multiple times requesting missing or broken parts. Meanwhile, 4 months later after jumping through hoops of providing multiple photographs etc. They claim they sent a missing part but addressed to the wrong person because at one time that person had previously ordered an electric bike and their name was in the system. Now they tell me to take it up with the post office. One excuse after another for poor service. I would not recommend you purchase from this company.

And before the naked part of this post, what I'm about to expose is XTREMELY important if you are considering buying an electric bike ! On July 16th I purchased a used XTREME electric bike needing a battery. Already mid-way through the summer I wasted no time buying a replacement battery. On July 19th I had decided that I wanted to buy one directly from the X-treme Scooter company. I was told that I would also have to buy a new battery charger because the new battery required it. The Battery sells for $289.00 and the Charger for $81.00. I was told that the items were in stock and I would receive them in about 5 business days. That same day I received an email stating that the battery was out of stock and they would ship it as soon as they had it back in stock. Not being a happy camper, I called and was informed that it would be 2 or 3 weeks before they would ship it at the same 5 business day shipment speed originally stated. I asked to speak to management and was told that there was no phone or email to contact them. I informed her that if she could not give me contact information for management that I was going to write a negative review. She persisted that there was no way for me to speak to management so I wrote this review on their Facebook page:

X-Treme Scooters Horrible and bad Customer Service

For over 100 days I have not been able to even ride the electric bike you sold me from company X-Treme Scooters. Your employees refused to honor my 15 day return policy and then provided horrible customer service. After 30 days of etickets the arrogant technician said “do you know if the bolt is tighten. The ebike simply has a broken handle bar and will not tighten. For the next ninety days the Manager Shannon lied to me about upgrading and exchanging the bike using up my warranty. UBI60323**** Allco Manufactoring, has No Trade name X-Treme registered with the state.
