Resolved: Customer service
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Replaced discs & customer service support followed up.
I'd like to see a customer service phone number that works. They also need a quicker response time from the IT department via email. 2 days plus is frustrating.

As a former airline pilot and having purchased X plane 12 app. I am so disgusted with the entire aspect.
It does not work and it is constantly a headache to try to tweak it to work properly. Ive tried several aspects of trying to send you a message to tech-support and your ridiculous method of issuing you some monies of a dollar etc. is a joke. Fortunately for you, you have enough subscribers to justify your ridiculous app.
Initially I was excited because it seemed very authentic etc. but now knowing I cant tweak my computer to make any aspect of the X plane to work for me is ridiculous and your tech-support is ridiculous.

Serial Number
Hi I just downloaded the FlightFactor 777 and I cant activate it because I dont have the serial number. So I wonder how can I change the serial number so I can activate it. Some help would be appreciated

X plane Has been a major problem for me to find any parameters on the Graphic settings that dont display a lot of fluttering with the flight controls and also the fluttering scenery. Ive tried all settings with no luck.
I do love the x plane if it worked properly without the extreme amount of time trying to figure out the proper graphic and flight control settings. Seems like you have to set the flight controls each time you try to fly the Sim. I have a 4070 graphics card with plenty of ram, and vram.
Seemingly on YouTube users constantly complain that you have to download the additional programs to allow excellent functioning of xplane?? PS, never did get the X plane app to show on the desktop??

Plane maker
Xplane was prompt, courteous, & I have nothing bad to say about how they responded. However, saying they are not proactive is an understatement.
I run xplane on a mac, which essentially eliminates the use of add-ons. I need a radio upgrade & (ideally) a swap of nav/com1 & nav/com2, both of which can be done running the program in Windows on a PC. It is quite safe to say, they have computer wizards who could, in less than 10 minutes or so, make me a custom copy of xplane with the changes I want that I could then download for a reasonable fee. My only option, now, is to spend a significantly greater sum of money on a PC so I can run Xplane in Windows & make the changes myself.
Not being particularly facile on computers, this will be frustrating if not daunting.
Perhaps they need a new fee-for-service support department taking care of customers such as I. Thanks for asking.
Unfortunately, search as I may, plane maker.app isn't on my computer which is a macbook pro with Apple m3 silicone.

Faulty software
Indon t really know where to start from
My software is not workng
I ve changed my pc to a windows one and it s still faulty
Nobody helps me , I m emailing them up and down in the last 2 months almost, absolutely no outcome
I don t know what to do anymore
I requested a refund in the end , they re not bothered at all
