Microtel in Uncasville has full xl beds not queen beds. I paid over $300 for room that I thought would have two queen beds.
I was disappointed to find the width of the beds was 54 inches and not 60 inches as a queen bed is. when I asked for a discount on my room the manager proceeded to insist that all of the beds are queens. They are not I can assure you and I'm so upset at being lied to that I will go to great lengths to prove this. this is false advertising.
I want someone from corporate to prove to that manager that the beds are full xl and not queen and I want a refund for my room please. especially now that I have to spend time making this right.

The lack of communication that I have had with Wyndham is dispicable. If I would've known this before hand I never would've bought a timesharte with this company.
Let me tell you what happened. August 22nd 2023 my wife and I purchased a Wyndham Timeshare worst thing I could've done.
We were lied to when we purchased our timeshare. We own 2 RCI timeshares and we were told that if we bought a Wyndham timeshare our RCI's would be go be out of our names.This was brought up a few times during the sales pitch and they assured us that in fact they would be taken out of our names and we wouldn't have anymore maint. fees for RCI. Well guess what that never happened and we are still paying our Maint.
fees for RCI. I've been more than patient with Wyndham and now it's beyond disbelief. Our salesman don't return our calls and the lack of communication is disgusting.
They were more than happy to take our $27,000.00 though. It would be nice if somebody contacted us.

on december 9 my family and i had reserveration via wyndyam rewards at the La Quinta Canton, Mississippi.
on arrival at 5:30 pm we were informed that that would not accommodate our reservations that no one had confirmed the reservation from wyndham rewards. They stated that they did not have a double queen room availabel as requested and could not change it to a room that they did have a king with a fold out couch.
I other words they gave away our room to someone and were un williing to accommodate us but if we wanted to we could pay them $100 for a room. The clerk was not knowledgeable and contected the manager via phone but when he did not want us to undersand what he was saying they would talk in mexican. This was rude and not professional.
we contacted wyndham rewards they will not refund our points but the clerk cancelled our reserveration and with out 24 hour notificaiton we are just SOL. I would like some form of satifaction this is no right and i will not give up
Preferred solution: i lost 15000 points plus had to pay $70.00 for a room at a not good super 8

They have not refunded me and said they will not. Ended up leaving to another safer hotel
Well- 11/18/23 I was only there less than an hour and saw a drug transaction in broad daylight go down in front of my kids and I while another guest was dazing out falling on the floor. Looks like they live there- as there was kids running around and the people were in pajamas at 4pm. The rooms smelt like mold and the sheets had stains on them. Let alone the dried blood spots in the bathroom.
I went to the front desk to advise them of how unsafe it was for me and the kids- and he just looked at me like I was clueless. I asked for a refund and they refused since I got my reservations from Priceline. Priceline didnt even refund me after my complaints.
I ended up spending more money getting a different hotel because I did not feel safe. This is NOT a WYNDHAM- this is a drug hotel.

Oh we found the phone when checking out check drawers for our stuff and the phone was in one of them
I tried going down to speak with the Manager she was nice just said I should have check the room out before paying next time due to area!!!

Not worth the money
Rob you and then poor customer service told me one price three minutes later after I walked into the door, charged me a new price told me she was an iron her in it. I was talking to somebody else in the one 800 number.
Then I asked where room preferences she told me that wasnt available and I see you only at 20% occupancy and everybody is mostly upstairs.
I want it downstairs in the back to watch my vehicle. She told me it wasnt possible but I see theres rooms all Available get to my room couldnt turn on the hot water because theres a defective *** on there very hard to cut on look down and theres *** in the wall from them doing plumbing and didnt fix it properly when they were done got out the shower, looked on the walls paint splatter paint melting room is not appropriate for $101 runaway
