This was the absolute worst wedding experience. This hotel actually went through the roof in terms of things that they broke during my once-in-a-lifetime experience. I have numerous photos of the actual poor conditions at this hotel... including main floor lobby area Office Door - bottom corner, approx. 10" in from where corner should be, is missing - chewed-up worn away... door is next to tables that guests sit at while eating their breakfast. If you want to exchange your points in the Wyndham system, good luck. Instead of making resort weeks available to owners through their resorts online, they are renting them through an outside agency. So that is why you cant find the exchange you are looking for. When presented to a Wyndham official, he said they had the right to do that.
