Keeps Charging Me Despite Me Cancelling
- - Bought a Wynd detector a year ago; never used.
- - Cancellation requires returning the unit; a $180 charge occurred.
I bought one of their Wynd air detection units a year ago. I never used it.
They charged me sales tax, so I purchased the unit. Now they will not cancel unless I send the physical unit back to them. I told them a week in advance of the renewal date for their service that I wanted to cancel, yet this morning they charged me an additional $180.00. DO NOT USE WYND.
They are predators. They do not provide any phone numbers for customer service.
They have terrible email customer service. They are a criminal ring.
