You keep asking, and so far no one has been able to help me. I have tried everything I learned to do to get it to work, and no luck!
I would like to ask for a refund or replacement.
Winter is coming to my location, and as a senior citizen, it is hard for me to clean the pool; that's why I bought the Wybott. It was functioning fine the last time I used it.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. The company did change the billing address and delivery was on time n right place.

Never received a call due wanting me to pay a service call of $5.00 before anyone talked to me about my problem. No better off solving my problem then I first started.

the locking pin sheared off the wheel housing. We have useful it daily since March 2025. It works great and we clean it after every use.
Need a battery for my wybot osprey 700
The wybot won't take a charge, the light goes from blue to yellow right away. I have two new chargers, tried both, same result.
I have removed the old battery. I want to know if I'm still under warranty.

HORRIBLE customer service!
Purchased WYBOT pool cleaner 7/14/25. Cleaner stopped charging on 8/19/25.
Emailed WYBOT customer service. Kept demanding "Invoice" even though I sent 6 documents proving I did purchase the machine on line.
Would NEVER purchase another product of any kind from this company. Thank goodness the vendor I purchased it from is sending me a replacement!

Unable to turn machine on
They are slow to respond; they take 2-5 days to respond via email. This is unacceptable. My machine has been on hold for almost a week and still no resolutions.

New customer support at wybot
Wybot surface cleaner not working I tried calling him it's impossible to get to talk to somebody and this is I've been going through this for 6 months it's a poor company there's no support and I would highly recommend not buying this product and if you're thinking about it call customer service at Way by and see what kind of response you're going to be getting so stay away from go to a pool store and buy a surface cleaner there you may have pay a hundred dollars more it's worth it

Excuse excuse, excuse one behind the other I’ll never buy anything from them nor my friends neither
so like I thought youre not gonna warranty out this vacuum so Im gonna put on every account that I have how sorry you people are. I know yall got to make a living, but Im not a rich person so I cant afford to keep buying vacuum cleaners I rate this company as a big fat zero please let me know what yall think about this. The company is not worth buying anything from.

They might show a lot of polish on their claims, but I guess being located outside the US they feel no need to respond when their product is DOA - zero response to repeated calls and emails to support. The first pool cleaner I purchased failed (huge flaw in design) after 3 months.
Tried them again (don't I feel stupid) with the skimmer, horrible and never has worked, and Wybot could care less. Youll be throwing your money away.

Unit failed in six months. Contacted company.
Did everything they asked, (videos, pics, etc) and they agreed to a replacement. They kept saying we shipped out a replacement. First with DHL, I asked for tracking #, no response . Then they said they sent with UPS, I asked for tracking #, no response, then they said Amazon is shipping replacement, I called Amazon and they said no such item is scheduled for deliver to me.
Again I asked for tracking #, this time they give me an order #. Turns out ITS MY ORIGINAL ORDER#.!!! So they tried to make it looked like a replacement WAS sent if you put in the order # because that order # was the original one I bought!!! NOT A REPLACEMENT.
Amazon agreed this was a scam attempt but wouldn't help whatsoever. Amazon has gotten to be as bad as the *** chinese companies. Anything for a buck.STAY AWAY FROM WYBOT!
The prices are cheap. There's a reason why.
