Wyatt Johnson Automotive Group - Subaru Auto Repair Review from Hearne, Texas

AI Highlights
  • - We owned 2 Subarus, but our Subaru days are over.
  • - Catalytic C went out under warranty, but we were charged $300 for heat shields.

Like Subaru...have owned 2, BUT our Subaru days are over. We drive an hour for any repairs/maintenance outside of an oil change.

Wyatt Johnson in Clarksville TN is the worst place to try to get in for repairs. Not only will they not call you back within a reasonable time frame (2 days, if at all), but they don't stand behind their work. Catalytic C went out, was under warranty but we were charged $300 for heat shields on something under warranty. Well, it keeps coming apart and ratting and we have offered to leave it and they won't even try to accommodate us for a week to fix what they didn't do correctly.

My husband is wanting me to get a Toyota SUV (they have an exceptional CUST SER in Bowling Green KY).

I am so ready. Wish I didn't have to part with Subaru.
