I was banned without notice and nothing to show me why I was banned

How do you ban someone without showing the customer what you are banning them for, it's truly sucks I spent all this money for this game and now I'm banned something needs to be done about this.

Cons:
  • Rise story we should be able to cross over on shows while building

Preferred solution: My account to be placed back online I shouldn't have to wait until wwe2k24 just to play online
