I began treatment through Ruby memorial cancer center in Morgantown Wv in June 2020. I suffer from a very traumatic brain injury and had a hard time communicating so instead my care was overlooked and neglected.

I necessary medication I was supposed to start wasnt prescribed in time, my prognosis got all jacked up. No one can tell me now two years later whether I EVER was a stage 4 metastatic cancer at all. My medical file cant even tell you that. Hipaa was broken right from the very beginning of my care by dr mupamomba and dr Joseph of the Louis a Johnson va and instead of resolving it they neglected my care even to the extent of my surgeon dr lupinacci called my home directly and flat out told me a bold face lie to get me to allow her to do an emergency double mastectomy.

The hospital refused to even acknowledge this happened and while afterward I am fighting for whats right which no one did for me this entire time through hospital advocacy however by doing so, came of as irrational and loud. Still no one listened. I was escorted out by security in multiple occasions once because I was upset that my oncologist dr Salkeni refused to see me. Time after time I tried to contact legal or executive offices for answers to which no one to this very day has taken the opportunity to discuss this other then to say - and I quote- the amount youre asking for damages is higher than the state allotted amount in such situations so we are dismissing the allegations.

. Ok I have a brain injury so I must have misunderstood so I made an even bigger Jack *** out of myself and politely ask for clarification. That did no good. I got barked at by whoever lost the coin toss in contacting me back.

I used to think this was one of the best hospitals in the state maybe Easter sea board.

The way I was treated. I have had both very large breasts removed by a butcher. I have no chance of reconstruction do to the damage done to my chest. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CANCER TREATMENTS HERE.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE ANY WRONG DOING AND SWEEP YOU UNDER THE RUG FASTER THAN ***

Loss:
$500000

Preferred solution: I want compensated correctly negotiated with even and apology but it will never happen because I don’t exist or matter according to their numbers

User's recommendation: AVOID THIS HOSPITAL FOR CANCER NEEDS. NOT AN OPTION. YOULL REGRET IT
