Wrong item and overcharge

I ordered 3 Wuffy dogs for my great-grandchildren for Christmas. They came yesterday, January 6.
Three with a round metal weight in the package. They are not the dog shown on TV or as an ad on my phone. The number listed for them does not answer. To send them back would be hard since I am 89 and disabled.
The dogs are smaller, they are not fluffy, and the ears are longer. I ordered and received 3 from Temu, $4.98 each. They are just like the ones Wuffy that I received.
I was overcharged, and to return them they say might cost $73, and they have to examine them and accept them back, then the wait for the refund. What do I do?
