They recorded my lien release & provided me a copy.
I became a customer in 2019 and paid off my loan in March of 2020. I have been trying to close on a new construction home loan.
My payoff letter was never sent to my current bank & is holding up my closing. I have spoken to several representatives that have been very helpful, but explained I can only resolve the issue thru a support email. I have sent that email & have been in waiting to get resolution. This is crazy.
It is costing me time & money because I can't close my loan.
For something that is clearly WSFS bank issue. I am at the mercy of waiting on someone to check & answer & email.
