I paid for a subscription to b sent to my son so he could fill it out and send it with a pic if himself. And as of today he still hasnt recieved anything so either send him the forms or give me back my money for a year subscription

I paid $75 dollars for a profile for my brother and I keep getting an alert saying there is no profile. I would either like a refund or be able to make an account.
