Now we have gotten a reduced bill for over $2000.00. The consultation was supposed to be free and they did x-ray and impressions.

How is that over $2000?

Just know they wouldn't bill my insurance which tells me they are really out to rip people off. They stated they...

We filled out the prior authorization for wells Fargo. We were given financing for almost $10,000. We scheduled surgery and left for the day. When we got home we started working with the numbers. Then decided not to go through with it. About one week later we received a credit card statement for 9,000. We called Wells Fargo they allow Wright to bill the amount 30 days prior to surgery. We have called Wright 3 times each time we have been told the business manager would call us back. No calls. Wells Fargo no help either they keep saying we will be responsible for the balance depending on the paperwork we received. All I can say is this has been the worst customer service ever. Wells Fargo is nothing but a scam organization. I will never do business with them. N away Ru

Wright Dentures and Implants - I paid $11,000 for dental work the staff couldn't complete
Treatment for implants and dentures started on 07/10/2019. Fifty plus trips. 165 hours back and forth. They have failed to supply me with 2 implants that failed and a working set of dentures. Late Summer early fall 2020 their lab kept making a top denture the same way that did not snap in. Last try the bottom would only snap in on the far right implant leaving me with a completely unworkable denture. Insisting they wouldn't have another opening for weeks to fix the problems. From 12/08 - 02/22 to fix it. Certified letter sent to Dr. Jenkins 02/06 asking for him to take responsibility for his staffs inability to deliver. February 22 my new dentist called and asked for information on implants so they could finish his work. Dr. Jenkins response was a form letter dated 02/11 stating they had reached an impasse in treating me. I received this letter 03/01 by FedX . I believe the inability to deliver falls on his shoulders not mine, and ask for a refund since I did not get what I paid for.The
