Did not receive one of the dresses I ordered. The other three dresses are extremely large. I need to return them, but can’t seem to get a hold of anyone.
it took over a month for my order to come in. Didnt receive all of it.
Cant get a hold of anyone to talk to a representative. I need to return the items but cant seem to find out anything.

Need help with a return
Have items that need to be returned cannot get them returned when I finally got a return address went to the post office to return it. It was going to cost me $50 to return.
The item cannot get a hold of the live person. All I want is to get my full refund Without it costing me half of the amount I paid for my items to get my refund.

The company did respond but the refund offered is insulting and has requested that I accept a third of the total spent and keep the clothing. Not acceptable.
Unresponsive customer service
So far, I'm not sure of any compensation. Called the phone number and got a recording that the mailbox is full...I wouldn't trust this company.
