Product sucks | No support
- - Spent ~3 hours trying to get it to work.
- - Features require a pricier tier.
- - 24/7 chat is AI; email support is 9–5 EST.
- - Form errors wipe out work; billing issues.
I spent about a total of three hours trying to get this product to work. After every attempt I would get a dialog box (see attached).
Upgraded to a paid version only to find out that I didn't pay enough. The features that I wanted were only available in the second tier version which was considerably more expensive. This company is all about dangling a carrot. They advertise 24-Seven chat support, but you find out that it's just AI chat support.
The only REAL support available by email and that's only 9 to 5 M-F EST. Every time I created a form with this product, I got an error in the form and all my work was gone. I do not recommend this product to anybody whatsoever.
And I'm finding out that they have all kinds of complaints about their shady billing practices. Let the freaking buyer beware!
Preferred solution: I need to be compensated for my completely wasted time. I want a year of their top tier subscription for absolutely free plus I want the money that I paid refunded.

Unauthorized billing.
I jumped through all of the hoops to cancel my subscription and was billed $399.00. I had to call the credit card company to reverse the charge.

Hi there, I'm writing regarding an unauthorized transaction regarding my WP forms service no longer required, and would like a refund right away.
I haven't used this service for close to 1 year and was recently emailed that the subscription would expire, and that's ok with me. However, the service was renewed without my permission.
Kindly urgently look into reversing this payment. Authorization code is 230851 and transaction was done at 15.40hrs GMT.

they keep updating plugings and i was trying to access my account and I couldn't do it, and there is no way to get of hold them..very frustating

This happens when you need to cancel your subscription to WPForms
- - Used WPForms since 2019 for familiavidana.org; lost domain/access in 2020.
- - No phone support; only email; cancellations may go to junk; block PayPal.
I started using WPForms around 2019 for my https://www.familiavidana.org website hosted by Wordpress. I lost my Wordpress domain and access to my Wordpress account in 2020.
I needed support to cancel automatic charges to my Pay Pal account for WPForms renewal since I no longer use WPForms Basic.
To my surprise, the WPForms webpage does not show a telephone you should call. All it has is an email. Well, I think their inbox sends any message indicating the word "cancel" to the junk correspondence.
They never reply to cancellation requests. The renewal date is approaching so my only option is to block my Pay Pal to avoid their automatic renewal charge.
User's recommendation: Buy WPForms only if you plan on leaving with it forever.
