Can't access my acount

they keep updating plugings and i was trying to access my account and I couldn't do it, and there is no way to get of hold them..very frustating

Preferred solution: Get access to my account and they are messing with our website

User's recommendation: Ask for their customer service information; if you don't remember your pwd to your account, you can't reach the customer service. U are locked out there is nothing u can do...I have to make research and came across pissedconsumer to get even their number...terrible
