- - I dislike WPBakery and it came preinstalled.
- - I bought a lifetime license; it doesn't appear on the dashboard.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I really don't like the way WPBakery works but it was preinstalled with a theme I bought. I finally purchased the lifetime license last month and now it doesn't show my purchase on their dashboard and they won't let me contact customer support without purchasing a new license.
I have the receipt and all but they won't respond to me about the missing license. Frustrating and disappointing.
