Wowcoolstuff.com - not even!
I made a purchase ($30) at wowcoolstuff.com and was apprehensive about the almost $20 in shipping charges but couldn't find the product elsewhere so bought the items. When it arrived, UPS charged me a further $19.44 COD for duty charges much to my surprise. Had I known, or had it been advertsied on their website, I would not have made my purchase. Paying $40 to have a $30 item sent to you is ridiculous in my opinion. To make it worse, when I contacted them to complain, they were not only less than sympathetic - they were almost sarcastic and replied "sorry, we thougth everyone in Canada knew about duty charges, otherwise we would have told you".....umm, yes, we are also aware of shipping charges and you post them to your website!!! I am disgusted in their false advertising and lack of customer service and would not recommend them to anyone.

I'm assuming that since you are in Calgary/Alberta that those extra charges could have been duties/taxes? People who live in other countries should know that they're going to have to pay taxes on products from other countries, such as someone in canada ordering from US or someone in the UK ordering from the US. If they shipped UPS Standard, depending on the weight of the item that almost $20 in shipping was probably the correct cost.
