Locked out of programming

I am even more dissatisfied with the service I have received which is NONE! I still cannot access programming after the first episode of whatever program I want to watch yet I am paying a subscription.

Why am I locked out?? Why cant I reach ANYONE to find an answer?! I spent this time 45 minutes between you and Roku and still nothing is resolved!

I guess my only alternative is to cancel my subscription because why continue to pay when you cant watch anything?? Hopefully I will get a response from someone.

Can't in there's a missing exclamation point in my password options

Ive tried to reset my password. Ive tried to activate my account through the TV. Ive tried changing my password a couple times I cant get it to work at all. I dont know what to do.

Its getting frustrating and I was told that I cant be connected directly to WOW because its a third-party thing and Im not sure how Im supposed to get past that I cant you guys cant call me or contact me to help me resolve it so I am I just dont know what to do. Please help me figure this out theyll be really nice.
