DR Season 17

I have contacted customer service twice to find out why the new Season 17 is not airing. That's the point of subscribing: to get each new season.

Why do it if it won't be shown?

I have yet to get a response. Any answers?

Can't in there's a missing exclamation point in my password options

I cant use the password symbol to get into my WOW. The password symbol is not working.

Ive tried to reset my password. Ive tried to activate my account through the TV. Ive tried changing my password a couple times I cant get it to work at all. I dont know what to do.

Its getting frustrating and I was told that I cant be connected directly to WOW because its a third-party thing and Im not sure how Im supposed to get past that I cant you guys cant call me or contact me to help me resolve it so I am I just dont know what to do. Please help me figure this out theyll be really nice.

Preferred solution: How do you say to resolve this so I can watch wow on my TV I’ve been a customer for a long time and I enjoy it. I just can’t login now that I’ve changed TVs. It’s frustrating.
