Broken board and can’t get anyone to help to fix it or return it
It is nearly impossible to have any communication with this company. I was able to get one email back from them.
The gave directions on recalibrating my board. I followed the directions 4 times. It didnt work. It beeps continually when powered on.
The board was 5 days old when this happened. I paid $299,00 and it is useless. Oneside of the board had three green lights lit and the other side is red. Recalibrating it did not work.
Now I cant get any response to my phone call message or my email. The board had a 90 day warranty.

Nothing, this company SUCKS, I have a broken $400 hoverboard sitting in my basement and a son who begs me on a regular basis to buy him a new one. Poor Kid.
Here is my story, I had purchased a Lamborghini 8 Houverboard from this company Lin International Trading, located at( 5 Fairview Mall Dr. North York Ontario) for a Christmas present for my son, after using it for only 10 days it started beeping and would not turn off, I was concerned it was a faulty battery and could explode .
I contacted the company with my concern telling him I wanted to put it outside and would that be okay as I would need to return it when it finally died, he emailed me back saying he could play with it outside, I email him back again clarify the problem, no response. I then filled out the required exchange/refund form on his site and heard nothing, I have email his company approx. 14 times, text messaged him twice, set up a telephone sting with a different name and number stating I wanted to purchase 3 hoverboards could he call me , he did but when he understood it was me he hung up, I also had a lawyer send him a letter and he refuses to respond. My bank won't help the police won't help, I have phone local companies to ask if they could possibly fix it and they won't touch it because I did not purchase it from them, therefore I am not only out $370.00 but my son is out his Christmas present, I wish this guy could experience his tears.
Looks like this company/ person has also taken advantage of others according to a couple reviews on line. If I lived in Ontario I would sit outside his place everyday until he made amends or take him to small claims court and would ask the other people he took advantage of to join me. What he is doing is not right and he should be held accountable. As I live in a different province (Edmonton, AB) there is nothing I can do, I am so angry and frustrated.
How would he feel if this happened to him.
He runs more than 3 websites under the names wowhoverboard.com, shoppingoutlet.ca and Electronics Canada. Thank You for anything you can do, Yours sincerely, Lana Attia

Just learning our lesson as well! I purchased because our friends did and both boards wheels *** within days.
Realized after many emails we are going to get nowhere. Opened it up and the frames are broken so just spent $80 and ordered new frames for them. 2 devastated little girls missing out on their birthday presents bc of these losers. DO NOT BUT FROM WOW!!!
