COMPANY IS A SCAM
- - Alleges bait-and-switch: got a different trailer.
- - Extra charges for missing options and wrong roof.
- - Customer service unhelpful; no management contact.
This company has NO desire to resolve the matter. It was a BLATANT bait and switch!
And the stand behind NOTHING. I asked for a manager to call, I even tried contacting the owner.....never even received a return call

Recently I made a purchase of an enclosed trailer from Wow Cargo.
I was clear as to the specifications and manufacturers I wanted.
My salesman, stated Sure and we can do it for X Dollars. I made a deposit and 2 weeks later got a message saying the trailer was ready.
I made the 8 hour drive and went to pick up the trailer, immediately I noticed that one of the options (concession window fold out shelf) wasnt there, but was told that wasnt part of initial bid (it was).
They wanted an additional $400! They rush you to walk around and try to do TONS of up sales and are VERY pushy about leaving 5-star reviews. WHILE SIGNING PAPERWORK.
On the trip home I noticed the front layout of trailer didnt match the brand I had ordered, (happened to be stuck in traffic jam next to one).
It turns out that they sold me ANOTHER BRAND!!! A COMPLETE BAIT-AND-SWITCH!!!
After doing a closer inspection, the trailer DID NOT have the correct roof (I ordered walk-on) They gave me seamed walk-on! (and badly seamed at that!)-WORTHLESS.
The top of cargo area was caved in; fenders were not correct and about a dozen other issues.
I attempted to resolve this, and the customer service is a joke!
My salesman just would not return my calls, so I was referred to warranty dept.
They told me I cant sell you the brand you ordered for what you paid and wanted to charge another 3K to get what I was initially quoted.
They will not stand behind ANY aspect of sales, and when I asked REPEATEDLY to speak to management, they were ignored.
(I have about 40hrs now trying to correct these issues and they will not help at all)
I am now out about 8k. FOR A TRAILER I CANNOT USE!
This business is a SCAM!
If you MUST do business with these con artists, get EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING in writing!!!

- - Two salespeople were great; management was horrible.
- - Trailer can't be licensed; plumbing was wrong and they won't resolve it.
The two sales ppl we worked with was great. But when it comes to the management they are horrible to work with.
Purchased a concession trailer, told them how it had to be done in order to pass our state inspection, was told after that it was all good they knew how it had to be done, that they got this. Get a phone call stating it was ready for pickup 10hrs down overnight stay and 10pieces back, find out all plumbing was wrong!!! Called back got the run around to finally get told to get an estimate from a local license plumber (which we did and sent it to them) manager called said they would not except that and if we wanted if fixed we would have to bring it back to them (20hour round trip plus fuel and hotel stay.) so now we have a concession trailer that can not be licensed to use and the company will not return our phone calls to try to get it resolved.
I do not recommend this company at all. Unless you want a huge paper weight in your yard!!!

check your gvwr they will sell your a trailer and 10 minutes later they don,t no you bad bad company would not ever buy any thing from them got to get a lawyer involved they tell you one thing and do another they don,t give a rats butt about no one . please dont get caught like i did
