through photo .1.0 IntroductionPoverty is among the vital aguenda to tackle the challenges facing, Children and Girls at School, Society and other environment sorounding . also poverty Cause the Separation of Tanzanian family and cause most of children being death and most of them become orphanages,Street children because the separation of Families .Our foundation deal with assisting children who stay at school empty stomach , Also helping the children food feeding at school for Children and girls.Africa Child Foundation Mission Of Tanzania(ACFMT)) is a Non-Governmental Organization that has been established in Tanzania for organizing Children who are living in poor environment due to COVID 19 and HIV Victims to their parents , persons with disabilities especially women, youth and children. Through Africa Child Foundation Mission Of Tanzania(ACFMT) PWDs may be liberated through various sectors such as education and health services and awareness, agriculture improvement, entrepreneurship skills, environmental management and conservation, sports and talents, good governance and human rights. The main target groups are marginalized children, Girls , youth and women with disabilities.

Those are Africa Child Foundation Mission of Tanzania(ACFMT)’s main Agenda for solving the problem of that Gils and Children who are living in poor condition , we empower them to eneble them to improve their life and feeding young children at school so as to improve knowledge when they will be aged people. Legal StutasAfrica Child Foundation Mission of Tanzania (ACFMT) established since early 2017 and registered in the year 2021 Under NGO Act No. 24 of 2002 of Tanzanian Laws which amended in 2005 and 2019.

It has been registered at The Ministry of Health, Community Development, Elders and Children. It awarded a Certificate of Registration at National level with Registration Number 00NGO/R/2384 of 7th October , 2021.2.1. •To Reunite Children with their Separeted families to their Parents and Guardians .•To conduct Annual Inclusive Forum carrying persons with disabilities agenda;•To enhance access of information and understanding of rights, laws and policies to persons with disabilities; Children and Women.•To provide consultation to the local DPOs;•To advocate for structure and system that affect persons with disabilities’ education, health and economic prosperity;•Fish farming programme which require USD 10,000 Per one school and we have 20 primary school.•To advocate inclusive education in primary and secondary schools in order to improve accessibility of quality education to children with disabilities;•To empower women, youth and girls with disabilities skills where this will improve their competitiveness in both the labor market, leadership, Small and Medium Entrepreneurs;•To enhance and promote persons with disabilities’ rights including the rights to human basic needs, rights to security, rights to livelihood, rights to elect and be elected;•To enhance and promote agriculture improvement, environment conservation, animal keeping and poultry for persons with disabilities;•To advocate for inclusion of persons with disabilities;•To advocate for inclusive policies, plans and strategic objectives for public and private sectors from grassroots to the national level.7.0 Description of the Structure7.1. Annual General Meeting (AGM)AGM meet once per year. Is the Principle overall of the organization. The key function is to oversee and receives annual implementation report.

AGM will lead and Show organization better ways to archive its vision and mission. Also AGM participates full to choose potential leaders of the organization and auditors.7.2. Board of DirectorsA team composed of 7 people from different expertise and 3 Office Bearers. It acts as an advisor of the executive committee.

They voluntary agreed to support Africa Child Foundation Mission Of Tanzania(ACFMT) technically. They meet at least once for every six month and visit field once per quarter. Board will send at least 3 representatives to each meeting of Africa Child Foundation Mission Of Tanzania(ACFMT).7.3 Executive CommitteeIts key function is to oversee the implementation of policies, laws, regulations, guidelines and strategic plans of Africa Child Foundation Mission Of Tanzania(ACFMT). It acts as an advisor of the secretariat, also responsible for mobilising resources for program implementation.

The Executive Committee meet at least once per quarter.7.4 Executive DirectorIs the principal representative and executive officer of the organisation. He/she is responsible for overall co-ordination of program including; supervision of technical advisors, project officers, accountant and other staffs. As a principal representative he/she is also links the organisation with donors and development partners. 7.5 Secretariat A team composed of all staffs.

A chairperson is the executive director. A secretary is the one elected by the secretariat team among them. A team work together in monitoring the progress, make necessary decision for daily implementation and evaluate the effectiveness. They meet at least monthly.7.6 Project OfficersCo-ordinators of the projects, they report to the Executive Director, supervisor and technical advisor of the peer educators, facilitators, volunteers and field officers under their projects.

Monitor and evaluate project performance in terms of relevance, efficiency and effectiveness.7.7. Accountant and Administration OfficerPlan, control and manage finances. He/ she is responsible for preparing financial reports and advise the Executive Director on financial management and policy implementation. They are also responsible for administration work and staffs database.

7.8 Field OfficersPlan and monitor field activities, advice and supervise peer educators, facilitators and volunteers on the fieldwork, report to the Project Officers. Facilitate the resources centre.7.9 Family Counsellor Provide counselling service to youth and their families on different matters. Conduct ad-hock visit for psychosocial support wherever necessary.7.10 Support StaffsDifferent people responsible for different duties necessary for supporting other staffs and office work, for example; secretary, driver, messenger, cleaner and others as the need arise.7.11 Intern/VolunteersYouth ready to serve the community voluntary. Be allocated to different activities/projects depending to their expertise and experience.

Assist on implementation of the activities.7.12 Peer EducatorsConduct peer education activities in their clubs, school or community, supervisor of the other youth within the club, link of the Africa Child Foundation Mission Of Tanzania(ACFMT) to youth or school or community.7.13 Trainers/FacilitatorsIndividuals with expertise or experience selected for trainings and facilitations.
