Removing DEAD person off mailing list
I was calling to have my mothers name and address removed from wounded warrior project mailing lists due to her death. The representative I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and she was able to take care of my concerns very efficiently.

Avoid WWP they discriminate veterans biased on year of service
I contacted WWP at the request of several of my doctors at the VA hospital in las Vegas, NV. I emailed the WWP and provided my letters of recommendation from the VA along with my DD214. The response I received was that no service will be provided because is was considered other era. It appears this organization discriminates biased on when you served your country. Do to not receiving any assistance from WWP which was recommended, I tried other Organizations including MVP I was not they type of veteran they are looking for. I had an episode that occurred causing me to. Loose of consciousness which caused me to have ankle surgery. This has occurred several more times which has resulted in me being hospitalized. A situation that did not need to Happen. Fund raising should be stopped due to discrimination against veterans. All veterans should be represented! Funding needs to be halted until all veterans are assisted.

Wounded Warriors is a fraud and anti-American and Anti-Constitution
Avoid the Wounded Warrior project they are a fraud and only give 2% to the wounded. Recently we attempted to hold a raffle for the wounded warrior project in which several items were signed by celebrities and well known internet bloggers and press people. They(wounded warriors) would not let us use their name or logo to hold the raffle which defeats the goal of people giving money to a unknown project. In a phone interview their spokesperson told us we could use their name or logo since a gun manufacturer and rifle was involved. They clearly stated they are anti gun and we where stunned they support wounded troops who love the gun community and recreational events involving firearms and served our country using firearms which is how we became a country and is embedded deep in our Independence and FREEDOM! Why would a pro military charity hate firearms and discriminate against firearms,manufactures and people involved in shooting sports?? We further learned how little they give to actual cost and how much money is spent for administration and employee as well as upper Management pay.
