Got wrong product which seller deny
We ordered Uro-Bond 4 adhesive from Wound Supply. They sent us Uro-Bond 3. I informed them that we got wrong product and we have no use for UB 3 but I can't return it because it is 'Extremely Flammable!' and therefore not possible to ship overseas. They simply replied that "without return of the product we can do nothing." I asked how is it possible that we got UB3, and how to make sure this will not happen again if I just try to order UB4 again and so end up paying it twice. They told that the only urobond they have is Uro-Bond 4, it's the only Uro-Bond they have purchased. I sent them a photo of package content, showing 6 bottles of UB3, and told that I have never purchased UB3 either but here I have 6 bottles of it, because they sent it to us. I could see that CF from Wound Supply forwarded my e-mail to S, saying: "I am not going to respond to them again. They are just trying to get free product." and S answered to me that "Purchase invoices show only urobond 4 has been purchased. That is the product we carry, if you wish to purchase that is what we ship, If that product is returned a credit can be issued upon review of the lot number, however if it is not returned, there is nothing more we can do". Uhh.... If I had UB4 I would be happy and there would be no need to return anything! And UB 3 is not possible to ship to USA from Europe. I can not send the adhesive. Even if I wanted, I could not buy UB3 from USA because it can not be shipped over seas. UB4 is Non-flammable. I asked could they check the LOT numbers and find out could it be that they got wrong adhesive from their supplier, which they never noticed, and then sent it to us. That should be possible to check since they track lot numbers. They could check that they did sell those bottles what we have here, and then find out that those numbers indicates to UB 3. But they do nothing and do not answer to my e-mail. We always correct mistakes about shipments, even when we have got too many or more expensive items what we ordered and paid. We surely do not need to try to get products worth of 177 USD for free. Our company has been in business for 10 years and we have 50 suppliers all over the world, but never ever has anything like this happened before. Wound Supply is basically accusing me of lining and that I have somehow fabricated the picture I sent them of the box content. This is not about money, and I have already spent too much time for this, but I had to write this to warn others. It's unbelievable that they just accuse their customer of trying to get free product and leave it there. They won't check could it be that they sent wrong product. Even when I sent a picture of the package we got, and lot numbers of the products. Lession learned: Do not buy from Wound Supply if you don't want to lose money by getting wrong product which seller deny sending to you!

Wound Supply On-Line -- Late Delivery
I ordered medical supplies on 8/17/2011 and paid over $50 extra for 2-day delivery. Just found out products won't be here until 8/22/2011 -- a period of 5 days. We will now run out of supplies. I called Wound Supply On-Line for reimbursement of extra charges, they will not do it. Their position is 2-days means two business days. Thier web site does not specifiy this and they refuse to annotate their web site to warn customers that orders placed Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat, or Sun will not be delivered within the 2 day window.
