Scammer thieves
Thieves, Scammers. People never buy from them.
They have kept me in a refund process for over 2 months. They promissed me a full refund in the last 2 calls and now they tell me the time passed and they will do a partial plus me having to return the product. This company is the most unreliable company I have ever deal with. I bought a lawn mowner that did not last for a month.
And they keep claiming the 90 day policy my mowner came delayed in took loong time to be home. They asked for proof of everything every time they ask for a new paper. They wasted my time and my money. WORST COMPANY EVER.
It is a trap dont fall with them customer service is the worst. Nobody keeps their word.

I ordered spools for life I would like to discontinue because Im being charged 10.78 which I already paid 10.78 in august I would like this charge returned and the spools for life stopped right now I thought it was a one time order it feels very deceitful by your company to keep charging me thank you please. I HAVE SOME VERY FAMILY PERSONAL THINGS ON MY MIND,SO I FORGOT JUST FROM YESTERDAY TILL TODAY BUT I BELEVE I SPOKE TO REBECKA,SHE TOLD ME THAT A WORX 20 VOLT BATTERY WOULD WORK IN MY WG 180 WORX 40 VOLT WEED EATER BUT IT DID NOT WORK.SHE TRIED TO HELP ME THO,SO GOD BLESS HER,IT JUST WOULDNT WORK THO.THANK YOU ALL,,I HAD ONCE THE WHOLE WORX OUTFIT WITH ABOUT 6-8 DIFFERENT ITEMS ALL FROM WORX,,

IVE ALWAYS HELPED OTHER PEOPLE ALL MY LIFE EVEN OPENED MY OWN HOMES FRONT DOOR TO HELP THE HOMELESS UNTILL I HAD A HOUSEFIRE IN MY HOME OF 27 YEARS,,I HELPED AT LEAST 850-900 TIMES WITH HOMELESS PEOPLE IN A 4-5 YEAR PERIOD NO MATTER WHAT COLOR OR ANYTHING ELSE NEVER MATTERD TO ME,,
I WAS THERE FOR EVERYBODY AND DID THIS WITH MY OWN INCOME AND NO HELP FROM ANYBODY ELSE,,
