no information about their billing department

Original review Nov 10, 2019

Trying to get where the bonds which look like a fairly good investment. 5 % at $10 for each one.

They also have app for it. Do you think the account is locked because they use a third-party billing center that has no address no phone number no email.

No let’s think they’re paying them due process bills they have that information. With being a lock the count now it cannot be open to try to enter the information again.

I guess they don’t want to make money.

Pros:
  • Investment for the average person
Cons:
  • Terrible customer service
Reason of review:
Trying to even purchase

Preferred solution: Actually put the information people ask for to actually open the account that way I make money and you make money.
