This company literally goes out of their way to ensure that your claim is denied. They have asked me to do things that are more like a job than finally claim things have taken me in upwards of 13 hours. Do not trust this company do not buy this policy is not worth it.

Their response was off target. They do not deny their incompetence in handling customer data.
They seek opportunities to deny claims. Oklahoma state oversight is no help.
Will search for other help. Worth Ave should be fined and accountable to a higher authority.
Backend systems lost my policy data 6 times in 5 years. They make mistakes like these and it costs me hours on the phone.
When one piece of data changed on my end and I hadn't updated it in time because the process was cumbersome, perhaps by design, they denied my claim, opportunistically.
Poorly managed, unfair policies, double standards. Shameful.

I bought a policy to cover my smartphone for up to $799. My phone was stolen.
I filed a claim and went back and forth for 7 weeks filling out one form after another. I sent the invoice for the replacement phone for $618. When I FINALLY got the check it was for $155.42. I called and got a colossal run around about how they only paid for a refurbished phone and that the amount of the policy I bought and paid for was irrelevant!
WHAT A RACKET!!!
I had the policy for 3 years at $99/year.
So even though i had a loss, they are still whole!!
WHAT A RIP OFF!!
THEIR PRODUCT AND SERVICE SUCKS! BEWARE!!
