Worth Ave Group - Cheated. They wouldn't pay claim
Updated by user Dec 11, 2022

Their response was off target. They do not deny their incompetence in handling customer data.

They seek opportunities to deny claims. Oklahoma state oversight is no help.

Will search for other help. Worth Ave should be fined and accountable to a higher authority.

Backend systems lost my policy data 6 times in 5 years. They make mistakes like these and it costs me hours on the phone. When one piece of data changed on my end and I hadn't updated it in time because the process was cumbersome, perhaps by design, they denied my claim, opportunistically. Poorly managed, unfair policies, double standards. Shameful.
