My amount is debited automatically without my knowledge like a thief. This is not fair for an authorized company.

Would not help me with a pair of Ons without taking a picture. I’m 70 years old and have no idea how to do this. Pitiful customer service policy’s.

Latest pair of Ons do not fit my feet correctly. I have 5 other pairs that were ok.
Only way I could get a refund or exchange them was with several pictures. Im a 70 year old widow and have no idea how to do this. Co,Panay pretty much dismissed me when I told them that. I even told them I would return the shoes for an exchange.
Still dismissed that too. So sad.

Worst delivery service ever seen. No proper response, only taking dummy orders and delivery to the set location.
After waiting for an hour and a half, they then say there is no delivery to this location.
Why the *** this type of service? I suggest never ordering from Zomato; meaningless people.
