Failure to provide claim

Purchased worrynomore at macys. After 7 years with no claim on furniture, called worrynomore to obtain macys credit. I was late by 3 months on this claim because my husband and I are both physician front line healthcare workers during pandemic. Macys and Worrynomore (rep Daysi) were rude, unhelpful, and unforgiving. They refused to provide any credit for the unused warranty. When asked to talk to a supervisor at Worrynomore, I was informed that no one was available and they would not be able to call me back and there was no option to hold for a supervisor. Worst business ever and total scam!!! do not purchase any warranty through them

Service contract

We bought a worrynomore service contract in 9-6-2013 on a lazy boy recliner. If we did not use the contract we would be refunded in 7 years. So I am applying for my refund of $89.00. I am told I have 90 days after the Sept. date to apply. I would like to talk to a real person to answer my questions. Thank you Kathy Lieske kathypaul2@***.com

Problem to apply valid voucher-#280********-Linda S. Tobey-Campagna

To whom it may concern-NOTICE AS FOLLOWS- I am hereby forwarding a full copy of my voucher worth $158.00 to ensure application to my Macy's account no. 43-070-3**-**3-0; this to make sure Macy's will reduce the charge from the listed amount- $193.93 <;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;$158.00> to $35.93. This is my exact expectation per the below outlined promise from Macy's. See enclosed copy of both the voucher and original order form #196130****- listed below. Also, it should be noted that I placed this order on the phone/retail line-listed below (888-822-****)-with a customer service representative {via Joliet) who ASSURED me that she was taking down the voucher # [280********], issue date [03/03/2020] and key /bar code [ 710158****437]- AND WOULD APPLY THIS TO REDUCE THE COST/CHARGE to my account. Please note that this transaction is well within the 90 day window, and also is needed since this is the ONLY STATED OPTION via Macy's since NO STORE IS OPEN nearby in NJ where the voucher could be accepted. Your assistance to further document this issue as a potential problem, and to help me ensure proper application of the voucher as required, is very much appreciated.
