AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
DO NOT USE!! Unless you want to be ignored or deal with a call centre who is never open.
My order didn't go through but money was taken anyway, when trying to retrieve my money/get a refund, I was rudely spoken to a lady called Lindsay who said it will take 30 days to be refunded and refund would not go back to my original payment method, but they would send by BACS or pay in to a UK account. I live in Australia and do not have a UK bank account. After numerous emails, calls - no response from anybody.
I have now contacted Financial Ombudsman and Trading Standards to get my money back for the order that was never places! *** artists

They failed to deliver and destroyed parcel
While working in france I need a glass shower screen panel delivering. I used a company called Worldwide parcel services.
There was a tick book for insurance so I ticked it and payed additional £9.00 ontop of £140 for collection from Keighley to France. They then took payment of my card twice and still have not refunded. The parcel was then collected by TNT. It was estimated delivery of 3 days.
A week later I started phoning worldwide parcel services who told be they did not know where parcel was. Phoned everyday for week before they sent me email saying the parcel had been damaged and therefore destroyed. It only made it to Northampton but left me 2 weeks behind and still needed glass panel. I phoned up to get insurance claim but they told me I was not covered as if you read small print glass cannot be insurred.
I emailed several times asking to pick parcel up as there were other components in package that were very expensive. They would do nothing to help. They would not even refund delivery even though they had only taken it to Northampton.
I found the customer service very poor and I would strongly recommend everyone to avoid using them. Thanks
