They kept 50 percent of my refund. From clubs . I was given a 30 day to test the golf clubs. I returned within the 30 days. And max at world wide golf states the were heavily damaged.
I only used the clubs twice. I sent the golf clubs in the same box they were sent in.
And the head covers were properly placed. They were not heavily used or damaged. But I did try them twice. So they would not be pristine.
I was given a 30 day trial offer. The total
Amount was 484.62. They want to keep $242. This is false adverting and keeping 50 percent of what I spend is outrageous I plan to contact the credit card company and file a fraudulent claim.
I need to wait till 8 am to reach my credit card company. Im sorry This is a rip

Horrible Customer Service
I am very dissatisfied with the service I received. I have yet to receive the item that I purchased and its been over two weeks.
I have called and emailed and the only response that I've gotten was that I can get a return label and send it back once I do receive it.
I am highly disappointed with the shipping service and customer service following the issue. I will never shop with this store again and would definitely never recommend to anyone else.

Worthless Golf Return Policy
WORLDWIDE GOLF SHOPS (dba: Van's Golf Shops in Arizona; in other States as Golfers Warehouse, Unita Golf, The Golf Mart, Edwin Watts Golf, or Roger Dunn Golf Shops) offers a " 90 DAY 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE" that is almost worthless. Customer does not get the money back, customer only gets a STORE CREDIT!!!!
You get scammed into thinking you can try golf gear and if it does not work, you can return it. Look light gray hard to read fine print on back of receipt and return policy posted in weird places like under cash register near floor.
Sales men will deny everything and say that they told customer about return policy. Buyer beware.
