Company continues to ignore my attempts to resolve. Terrible company.
I have tried many times to get some help from this company regarding their defective pots but they will not respond. It's a hit and run business with false advertising. Beware!

As of this date the company has done nothing to remedy their defect issue and has not attempted to contact me. Reinforces the idea that their sales are hit and run without regard to the consumer!
Purchased their large cooking pot. After a few uses and cleaning the inside bottom began to deteriorate.
Never used anything hard, only sponges.
Now unsafe to use. Tried to call and send emails but they never responded.

Purchased their "Greatest Pot" and after a short time and only a few uses the inside bottom of the pot fall apart and the coating came off making the pot unsafe to use. They have ignored my emails, messages and when you call customer service you only get a busy signal.
BE WARE! Don't buy from them!
