I placed an order for $170 worth of Think Thin bars as a gift. They were back ordered and a delay with shipping but supposedly on their way on 7/15 and arrived on 7/17.
The company was notified about the state of the bars and the boxes that were destroyed due to the ice packs melting, and some bars melted as well.
Pictures were provided as well. I was given a 10%, ( $17) refund.
Customer service was willing to issue a label so that I could go to the post office ( actually so the gift recipient could go to the post office and return it ) I was told despite the pictures, no pictures of the melted bars were submitted so the 10% refund was basically sufficient.

We are no longer their customer. We don't want to be contacted.
We don't want a refund. We merely want to suggest that other consumers look around for confections from other reliable and friendly company. The item we purchased could have been had locally--without the shipping charges.
We purchased from them years ago. This experience means we will not do so again in the future.
Poor service and delivery and candy appeared to have been melted at one point. We're done ordering from them at WP

Money Back Guarantee is fake
They promote 100% satisfaction and don't disclose up front that you have to pay shipping costs to return items and get a refund. So clearly not worth it, and they know that.
Most companies would let you prove that you're not using the product and then refund you. Not these cheats.

Do not order from this company. Very poor customer service and satisfaction. Placed an order with them; did not process order correctly or in a timely fashion, did not reply/respond to calls/emails, and did not ship as promised.

Your website doesn't work
While trying to order Oberto beef jerky, the website I edited the shipping address because it was going to be a treat for my son in college. When I changed my shipping address it changed my billing address also.
When I attempted to edit the billing address, it changed my shipping address again. It also would not apply the promo code. This is not the first time Ive had issues.
Last I got a completely wrong order. Order didnt match what I had ordered or the order list in the box.

Unreliable shipping
They regularly hold sales that promise fast shipping over $100. Then they ship slowly and late.

Plastic bags.
I ordered 18 boxes of your NUMI chamomile lemon tea.I received all of them. The problem is 6 boxes were packaged in cheap bags and were crushed where I couldn't even stack them in my shelf's.Some bags were torn and I had to throw them away.some idiot in packing should have used a box to ship the last 6 boxes of tea in.If this is the kind of shipping I will be getting from now on,I will choose another company.
