Consistently send the wrong item.
I regularly buy their consumable products. Then the order is right, it is great and arrives quickly.
So I depend on them to get me what I need quickly so i can fill my own orders.
But in the 10% of times they send the wrong item it is like pulling teeth to get it fixed. No reqponses and like they don't even read the problem

They refuse to respond to e-mails or phone calls. Not willing to solve problems.
I purchased a machine from them with a bad bobbin case. They refuse to respond to any of my e-mails or phone calls. This is a simple replacement part.
