Order from October 10 never received
I ordered Jewel too, Ruby menthol pods, and also a disposable vape device. I paid for them and never received them.
I got a text message from John who said you were having problems with your computer system and asked me to send him the confirmation of the order.
I did that, and I have not heard since then. I have received none of my order.
