NO REFUND FOR TOURS ON CRUSE APRIL 2020

WE CANCELED THE APRIL 11 2020 CRUSE FOR REASONS OTHER THAN THE VIRUS (WELL WITHIN THE TIME LIMITS TO CANCEL) PAID UP FRONT FOR SEVERAL CRUSES, A FEW WERE REFUNDED THE REST HAVE BEEN BOUNCED FROM PRINCESS CRUSES TO CRUSES DOT COM AND BACK TO WORLD TRAVEL HOLDINGS WITH NO ANSWERS AND NO REFUND. SO FAR I HAVE NO LESS THAN 10 HOURS IN TRYING TO RECOVER OUR MONEY WITH NO REFUND IN SIGHT. THIER IS NO QUESTION IF WE DESERVE THE REFUND BECAUSE WE DID NOT GO ON THE CRUSE. COULD BE A EASY PROBLEM TO SOLVE IF THEY CARED ??

Your mistake appears to be that you have two many companies involved in this problem. Sounds like you booked through a third party travel site.

This complicate everything when problems arise.

Given the income drain lately in the travel industry, none of these are in a hurry to refund you or anyone any money. If the amount is large enough, get a free consult from an attorney with the aim of filing a lawsuit.
