Very poor customer service

My daughter brought her Impreza in for 3 recalls &;; was denied a loaner/courtesy car even though they told her it would take 6 hours. She is presently still there after 7 hours!

This is unacceptable!

She is there for 3 recalls, which are Subaru issues. The customer should not be inconvenienced.style

Subaru in Shrewsbury, NJ should make good on this situation by possibly giving her free oil changes.

Service contract not honored

We purchased outback in Houston knowing we were moving to NJ. We were told the contract would be honored (2 years of service). At dealer in Shrewsbury NJ and they refuse to honor the contract
