No customer service available from World Premiere Travel inc.

The contact telephone number provided by the sales person, Mathew Gregory, to obtain customer service from this organization does not provide anything. I need to talk to a responsible, live person from World Premiere Travel Inc to assist me and my wife travelling to Munich Germany on the 24 April 2012 and returning 7 May 2012. I have redeemed the companion air certificate weeks ago and was told then to expect answers within 24 to 48 hours, to no avail. In the past 4 days I have been attempting to find a live person to whom I can address my concerns. I have written several emails to various addresses with no answers forthcoming. This missile is a shot in the dark. Hopefully someone out there may be able to advise me as to a more productive course. My email address is:evanspicer@***.com. World Premiere Travel, Inc is what I think is a scam. They do not return phone calls for months.

They do not answer thier website reservations. Beware of this company.

They do not belong to the Florida BBB. They have a lot of complaints against them.

I have not been contacted yet and they have not responded to the BBB of Florida or the Consumer Affairs dept. They just do not want to deal with this. this is a very dishonest company.

after purchasing a travel package in Sept. with a promise of a full refund it has been over 3 months since I sent the package back and they will not return my money. many many emails have gone back and forth with a promise each time to send a cheque and the closest they came was sending me an unsigned cheque. They keep saying they will but now as of Dec 13 they have stopped emailing or retuning my calls. it has been very frustrating dealing with these people- they should not be in buisness if they will not keep their promises
