Still haven't received my ring ordered in mid July. Spike with customer service on Tuesday and said it would be shipped on Wednesday. No confirmation of email that it was shipped. No answer today!
Tried calling today during business hours and said they were closed and their mailbox was full, so I'm unable to leave a message.
