Hey Henrik you seem to claim some of these other people you robbed are extortionists. How come you haven't commented on my vehicle you clown?

I would assume its because you sold me an absolute piece of garbage and you weren't man enough to take my calls, emails, or texts. You are a disgrace.

Henrik is a great guy, I have dealt with him on several occasions regarding my classic 4x4's. Never had any problems.

Henrik and his crew are professional and courteous.

The misunderstanding was clarified and we have come to a favorable solution for both of us.

It's been over a year now since Henrik stole my money and sold me an unsafe and dangerous vehicle. He made promise after promise and delivered on none. Henrik swore the truck was totally reprinted, the engine was rebuilt, new suspension, new tires, new seats, and on and on. Not one of his claims were true. The truck showed up with no seat belts, missing lug nuts, old tires, damaged paint, major oil leaks, NO BRAKES!!!!!

I spent more than 10k with him, another 1200 for shipping, and another 4k+ just to get it road worthy until the motor threw a rod after just 2200 miles!!!! I called him, emailed him, and the Ted h dozens and dozens of times. He wouldn't take my calls and made his desk boy hang up on me!!!!

I have thousands in receipts, phone records, emails etc and Henrik refused to make good on any of it!!! I cannot believe Offroad magazine does business with this ***!!! I cannot believe they supported him on TOP GEAR!!!!! What a fraud!!!! I emailed management at Offroad Magazine a year ago about this *** and they refused to be bothered with it. Now look at him. He's being exposed as the *** that he is. He is a typical dealer fraud who just keeps trying to beat his buyers.

They have all proper documentation of all repairs not completed as paid for in addition to documentation for all the things that have been wrong with truck from the start, which were supposed to be "perfect" and " repaired" by Henri. Henrik tried to steal their money by cutting many corners, keeping money for products paid for but not installed, and he put their safety at risk by stating the truck had new brakes when they were metal to metal.

The list goes on, and on.

The BAR and DMV have validated all of the info and are well aware of Henrik's shady character and unprofessional business methods.

These ladies got suckered into buying a truck from GM Truck Center and have been subjectedone lie after the other fed to them by a sociopathic business owner. But many other people have taken Henrik to court and this man has lost.

Don't believe a word this man says about either of these women.

They have fought hard and are standing up to a bully who is used to taking advantage of his customers by having his way in this world through methods of intimidation.

DMV & BAR Investigating GM Truck Center/ Henrik Hairapertian!!

"Julie and Steve" - something about you guys sounds like you're not quite real reviewers but instead planted by Henrik himself to make himself look better on the internet since you say the same thing on all the other sites, but good for you for having a lovely experience!

However, our experience and the FACTS we have are substantial enough to have attracted the very serious attention of the California Bureau of Automotive Repair AND the CA DMV investigation unit. Both reps from the BAR and DMV have been taking our case extremely seriously and they have been sympathetic and understanding to our situation of being lied to, taken advantage of by Henrik, his business, and his unprofessional repairs.

So it certainly says something if we have the full support of the BAR and the DMV working on our behalf and theirs to right what has been done to us by Henrik and his "business"

We are taking Henrik to court regarding this matter, we have the support of the BAR and DMV, it's not likely Henrik's lies will get him out of this one, and yes this man lies, compulsively - a perfect example of this can be seen on RIP OFF REPORT - just look his business up and read his "rebuttal" - It's a total fabrication from start to finish which represents the kind of lies we've been given since we tried to buy this truck from Henrik

Yes, the ever so truthful Henrik even happened to sell the very truck we bought from him on EBAY three days before we bought it to some customer who left him great feedback after we owned the truck about loving the new truck he bought! We have photos to prove this was the exact same truck & documents to prove this fraud. Not that this matters to our case much because it doesn't. Just shows his lies in action.

Henrik told us the truck belonged to someone from COLDPLAY.... only to find out it's registered to some stranger called Edna Abrego, which means, yeah, we should have known.... lie after lie just kept building up, all the way to him keeping our money, lying about repairs and upgrades not actually done, not doing repairs paid for properly or as stated by him which the BAR has violated his business for, and the list goes on.

You can imagine our faces when we went to not one but THREE mechanics, after being told we have brand new brakes when we bought the truck, also stated to us by Henrik while Henrik was repairing the truck, only to find out that the brakes were metal to metal! Uh, nope - we sure didn't cause that to happen. Got the parts to prove it. We could have died driving it like that and Henrik knew this.

So, Julie and Steve, we do hope you continue to have great experiences. But we certainly did not, so strange that you seem defensive about our situation. Even the police officer Henrik "complained" to about our "emails" - the ones sent as an attempt to receive our stolen money back - thought Henrik was in the wrong and suggested we take him to court because we would likely win.

That's what we're doing. The court will respect the DMV and BAR opinions and who knows what the DMV will do with Henrik and his business, but these two agencies don't get involved for weeks on a case like this unless there's really some substantial merit to it.

I had Henrik and his crew restore my dads 71 truck for him for his 75th birthday present, and I had no problems. The truck turned out awesome and I found Henrik and his crew to be very nice and professional.

They were a little pricey but the end result was outstanding. :)

Not sure what happened with you guys, but I have been dealing with Henrik Hairapetian for over 10 years with various projects and, I have never had a issue, i referred 3 other friends and they have nothing but nice things to say about him. IF HE IS AS BAS AS YOU GUYS CLAIM HE IS HOW IS IT THAT HE HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR OVER 13 YEARS?

If I'd come across any of the actual negative reviews from people like us, which I've now found .... I would have stayed clear. Others should be warned. We are not the only people he has done this to.

I have given him a chance to make it right.

He has refused, so I will be taking him to small claims court. If he makes a sincere effort to make things right, I will update this review with new information.
