Deplorable service

I paid $145 for a dental impression kit from this company and when I tried to contact them per their instructions, me email kept getting rejected. I tried to phone them at least a dozen times with no answer. After looking online, I saw someone else had a similar experience, and it was never resolved. In the end, I had to cut my losses. Very bad business in deed. Beware!!
