Styrofoam Trunk Insert taken out by Service Dept. and not replaced.

Not resolved.... Some guy from the dealer, sent a letter saying we experienced a "bump in the road" and sent a $50 visa card.

so they at least saw my post...

Well this experience is more like " a huge pot hole in the road" and the $50 gift card doesn't even come close to covering the cost of a replace styrofoam insert. Nice try World Car Kia, but I am not that cheap of a ***.

Why not try something NEW for you, World Car Kia, have the proper styrofoam insert on hand and put it in at my car at the next oil change.

Now That would totally change my post and opinion of World Car Kia... otherwise stay away!!!

DO not purchase a car here! the fact that they didn't care to replace parts they through away.... basically they have no integrity.

Purchased Spare tire kit for new 2016 Kia Soul, when the service department installed the tire Kit in the vehicle, they took out the styrofoam insert in the trunk. I didn't think I would have to check after the work was completed that is was still there. When I noticed it was missing from lack of support after putting something heavy on the trunk space cover....I went back to get the styrofoam piece. Well they threw it away. Now the cover to the trunk is unsupported. When I pointed this out to the service manager, they claimed it would not fit with the spare tire in the trunk. I did research, it does fit! I told them I wanted it back... well that's when they told me it was thrown out... so they gave me "another one from another model car" it was completely useless cause it doesn't even match the trunk space at all! Don't go to this car dealer ever... and especially don't use their service department!

give me the proper styrofoam insert they belongs to the 2016 kia soul, that supports the trunk and they threw out!!!
