How do I speak with a live customer support agent...

AI Highlights
  • - App check-in failed for Jeff Dunham shift; I completed 4pm–11pm in Tucson.
  • - No-show status affects pay due to app error; live agent needed.

How do I speak with a live customer support agent immediately or for someone to update and fix my account immediately? I worked the Jeff Dunham event at the Tucson convention center Friday and the application did not let me check in and now it’s saying i am a no show , that is most definitely not okay and technology is never perfected so why should I be the worker who completed their last shift precisely and have technical problems occurring amongst the app and it’s ridiculous errors , I shouldn’t be the one going through this when I should have already been paid and the supervisor has been contacted multiple times either by voicemail and email + no show needs to be updated immediately as soon as possible . My supervisor was Gregory Carra at the Tucson convention center from 4pm - 11pm which I most definitely worked and completed shift successfully.
