I would like to commend Hector from the claim centre for his work, he was very compassionate and spoke slowly for me when I told him I had had a stroke. He connected me directly to my long-term disability officer and facilitated my needs. Great job Hector thanks again so much for your help.

Preferred solution: Compensation for the last three years of not being able to work as a ski patroller. Furthermore compensation for my inability to work as a ski patroller until I retire.
