Low balled me on a total loss claim,and have had these issues all over the us
My vehicle was damaged by a usaa insured and declared a total loss..To begin with they low balled the value of my vehicle and then said the interior was dirty. I told them i would have had my vehicle detailed if i had known one of your insured was going to bang into me..They devalued $350.00 because of interior.Extremley unfair tactics.They also said take it or leave it.
