Couldn't get my order to go through online so called customer service. Elizabeth was very nice and got everything taken care of very quickly.

I had placed an order, I ended up returning them to exchange for a smaller size. The website and associate from the location told me returns take 3-5 business days process, they received my item on Monday and now its Friday and havent heard anything about it being processed and the new shipment being shipped out.
Every time I call them or when I did call them or send an email they sound clueless of whats going on. They just seemed very unorganized and the customer service totally sucks.
Very disappointed.

Order never arrived
I put the order in a few weeks ago but never received them. I called work boots customer support and was quickly assisted and found that the order didnt go through because of payment issues with my work credit card declining. Promptly got a new order placed and had a resolution in about 5 minutes after calling.

- - Suggests buying boots at D&B Supply to avoid delays.
Just called to see where my order was at and I cant even get an answer on the phone call so apparently it pays to just go down to D&B supply and buy your boots from them because otherwise you may not ever get them from this place!
