I bought scrubs last week for work at Work-n-Gear in Warwick, RI. And while trying to do so the girl who works in the Warwick store all the time was following me around putting my clothes back when i wasnt done shopping. She is very very rude every time Ive been in there. I was trying to get out of there b/c she was making me uncomfortable I was not told of any return policys when she checked me out that day. I mean not one thing!! So i went into the store today to return one scrub top that was too large and I never wore & tags still on with receipt. She rudely told me WE ARENT TAKING RETURNS. Like she was happy to inform me that Im now out $30 all b/c she didnt do her job correctly. I cant see well without my glasses. She rudely again said Look at the signs!!. well i wasnt aware of any of your SignS regarding covid. I mean I order online all the time and return no problem with everyone else. This is the 2nd time Ive had an issue with the same girl and she needs to go!! Also a 2nd issue at your store not allowing me to return brand new items with tags and receipts!! Ive never had an associate act so rude to customers!! I want to report her since this is my 3rd negative encounter with her. The name she gave me is Emily Jones. She needs a real talking to!! Shes the issue NOT the return policy. And then I would like to ask you how your going to resolve this issue. Thank you!! 401-741-**** Kellie975@***.com
