Are you kidding me that company is a scam so no I will not be dealing with them I'm trying to reach out to the Attorney general of Illinois I agree with BBB and Trust pilot that they also think they are a scam

I placed an online order for some dentures on 02/14/2026 for 39 dollars there policy stated that I had 7 days to send back if I wasn't satisfied which I wasn't they gave me an email address if I have any questions and they give you 14 days if you're not satisfied so on the same day I received my package each time I sent an email asking for a refund request address all through the month of February I know they received it because I started getting error message for this month the first reply was on 03/07/2026 there was a temporary problem delivering message Gmail will retry 47 more hours and I will be notified if it fails permently on 03/08/2026 it was 44 hours then on 03/09/2026 it was 22 hours then on the 03/09/2026 it was 19 hours and now its been remote server is misconfigured so I did a charge back with the credit card company which is ongoing so while I wait I checked BBB and from the reviews this company is a scam so that's when I did some more digging I found three more companies same price same people in the ADS but different names on the box so I decided to go back and compare what I had recorded from Wordsale-tw I was surprised that the recording I did when I purchased the dentures it was the same people but the one I received was Custom-Fit Functional Dentures but the one thats on there now is Premium Dentures now its GelFit Functional Dentures same price same people same reviews so then I start looking at all companies that sold similar items there's Cvioert I got an email from them welcoming as a new customers and they gave an email address service@***.cvioert.com a message stated mailbox is full and each time they send me an email and I reply always mailbox full Pinbaodr and Aoyaanew are all scam including Wordsale so I after I didn't get a reply from Cvioert I sent another one just in case its no longer full I told them how disgusting they are and that in my opinion that you're all under one roof with different names why else would it be each time I click on Wordsale theres always a different name that the only explanation is that they was getting to many bad reviews so they didn't want to get caught so I checked BBB & Trust pilot all three of these companies falls under scam one thing I got from this is that each time a product is to good to be true chances are you will lose your money so I research everything now before I committ to purchasing anything
