DISGUST!
I have been a WordPerfect customer for more than 30 years and I am wondering what has happened to your service--everything is farmed out to India. I placed an order for WP 2021 in a box more than 3 weeks ago.
The invoice said it would be delivered in 4-6 days. I have called and keep talking to various people in India who know NOTHING! I paid for this item and Corel did not waste any time taking my money, and now, more than 3 weeks later all I get is the run-a-round. I spoke to someone on Tuesday and I was promised it would arrive today, Friday.
I did NOT.
I called and was told that the order has not been processed... why kind of stupidity is this?
