It kind of played a distorted recording, beeped, then that was that. I'm not holding my breath - I would guess they won't get back to me, even though I left a number in case it was an answerphone.

Closed website against my will
- - My card was blocked and they refused to update the payment info.
- - The site was closed with no way to reactivate, and staff were rude.
My credit card was blocked, and they refused to comply with my request to update the payment information. They then closed by website and provided my with no recourse to reactivate! They were rude and inconsiderate in the process!!
