This is a the best customer service Ive ever had! Prompt call within 12 hours of the problemneeded to size up from 2 Large zip sweaters to 2 XL.
Got an email with the return code immediately and the new order is on its way with delivery shortly!

Stolen hoodie
Lost/stolen hoodie at my pickleball tournament a couple days ago. Have searched my home x multiple, all lost and found on the courts.
I LOVE my Woolx hoodie and all my products. Am flying to Vermont soon and really need it.
